I got this book after a friend made the cauliflower soup for me. It was really amazing, and then I tried the cauliflower fried rice and the tacos, and all of the recipes are wonderful. I have started making double and triple batches of the chocolates. They have helped me get off sugar. I also really like the juices and smoothies.
